What you get
No more digging through emails for a policy number. Here’s what the app handles.
Every policy we’ve set up for you lives here: liability, health, dental, all of it.
Everything is encrypted. Nobody sees your documents except you and us.
Had an incident? Open the app, tap report, and we take it from there.
Message your NEOdirect advisor directly from the app. No hold music, no ticket systems.
Add a policy, upload a document, update your address. Two minutes, not two days.
Built-in comparison tools so you can see if there’s a better deal for your situation.
How to get set up
We send you your login when everything is ready. Here’s what to do next.
We send you a login link when your account is ready. Open it in the app or at login.simplr.de. First time in? The SmartCheck walks you through the basics.
Tap the profile icon top left, or the yellow tile on the home screen. Add your address and personal info. This keeps everything accurate on our end too.
Turn this on and we automatically update your contracts when anything changes: new documents, renewals, corrections. You get a notification. No chasing emails.
Go to “Insurance” and tap +. Enter the policy details and simplr guides you through it. About two minutes per policy.
Go to “Documents” → “Upload file”. Add the PDF or just photograph it with your phone camera. Then link it to the right policy. Done.
Get started
Use it in the browser or download the app. Whatever works for you. Over 500,000 people already do.
Once you’re in, your NEOdirect contact is right there in the app.
simplr comes with your NEOdirect service — so the first step is a free chat with us. No German needed. We handle the paperwork.
