Brokerage contract with Neodirect | Realize your insurance wishes

This contract regulates our cooperation. In this brokerage agreement, you explain to us what you want us to do for you, and we record this in writing. At the same time, we both have obligations, which we are happy to explain to you here. This is how we ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we can work for you.

1. Our agreement

You commission NeoDirect GmbH & Co KG to be your independent insurance broker. We take care of the brokerage and administration of your insurance policies, such as property, liability, health or life insurance. We advise you on the insurance policies that are relevant to you and also help you in the event of a claim.

2. Which insurances do we cover?

We take care of the following types of insurance:

Private property and accident insurance
Private liability insurance
Private life and occupational disability insurance
Private health insurance and statutory health insurance
Motor vehicle insurance

If you wish to take out further insurance policies after concluding a contract, we can also take care of these, provided they fall into the above categories.

3. Our duties as your broker

3.1 Advice and brokerage:
We will provide you with comprehensive advice, obtain various offers from insurers and help you to find the best insurance cover for you. Please note that we can only work on the basis of the information you provide. This should be complete and truthful.

3.2 No guarantee of cover:
We cannot guarantee that an insurer will grant cover immediately. Your insurance cover only begins once the insurer has confirmed this in writing.

3.3 German insurers:
We only work with insurers that are licensed in Germany. We check the solvency of these insurers as far as possible.

3.4 Management of your contracts:
We take care of the administration of the contracts we have taken out for you. If your circumstances change or new risks arise, you can ask us to review your insurance cover at any time. Important: We can only take into account changes that you inform us of.

3.5 Cooperation with other brokers:
Occasionally we work with blau direkt GmbH or other brokers to provide you with the best possible service. This cooperation does not change your contractual relationship with us.

4. Your obligations as a customer

4.1 Truthful information:
We rely on your cooperation so that we can provide you with the best possible advice. Please provide us with complete and truthful information about your personal, professional and financial circumstances. If these change, please let us know immediately.
Important: If false or incomplete information is provided, this could have serious consequences. Particularly in the event of a claim or benefit, problems can arise if the information is incorrect. To avoid such situations, it is crucial that we work together openly and honestly from the outset.

4.2 Fulfillment of contractual obligations:
You are responsible for fulfilling your obligations under the insurance contracts. This means in particular that you pay premiums on time and inform us of any changes.

4.3 Cooperation with other intermediaries:
Please note that through this contract you are working exclusively with us, NeoDirect GmbH & Co KG, as your insurance broker. If you engage another insurance broker or agent in parallel, you are obliged to inform us immediately. In this case, we must amend the contract accordingly, as we cannot accept any liability for contracts that were not brokered by us.

5. What else you should know

Would you like immediate insurance cover? Please let us know in text form if you need cover quickly so that we can act accordingly. We will do everything we can to fulfill your wishes, but we cannot guarantee immediate cover until we have received confirmation from the insurer.
